Scope of Works:

This new £15M safari themed hotel at the Chessington World of Adventures was designed by Allison Pike Architects and Designers to create an environment with immense style, designed to give the impression of an African Game Lodge.
The hotel has 150 bedrooms, is four storeys high and four star rated. This was a fast build hotel complex which commenced in the autumn and was completed by Easter the following year ready for the start of the theme park’s season.
The main contractor, Speymill Contracts Ltd employed CRL Facades to supply and install the render panels which form a ventilated rainscreen to compliment the timber finishes. CRL Facades completed the work in a record 8 weeks to meet the program deadline.
